Abstract
The Longitudinal Surveys of Australian Youth (LSAY) tracks young people annually for ten years, starting at age 15, to capture their transition from school to work. LSAY currently has three active cohorts aged around 16, 22 and 25 respectively. LSAY respondents are digital natives - the Internet and social media are ingrained in their lives. The LSAY team has strived to make effective use of these technologies to engage with respondents, offering a wide variety of digital sample maintenance products including fun interactive data products, a Facebook page, and a social media campaign. During this session we will discuss the development of these products and their success in promoting sample engagement for LSAY.
